Excellent experience from start to finish
I stayed at the New Kings Sea Point 20-23 Feb 2022 and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Every member of the staff was professional and friendly. Bradley, Mario, Lyden, Justin, Tia and Martine all went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. I stayed in a deluxe room on the fifth floor (511?) which was spacious and well decorated with high ceilings and a large window with a city view across Solomons Road toward Bantry Bay. The room was spotless when I checked in and the housekeeping staff kept it that way. Wifi was fast and reliable. I had a couple of good meals at Zest restaurant. Many seats offer an ocean view. Security is good as the hotel lobby is on the second level. Hotel location is outstanding with an array of dining options nearby as well as several well-stocked groceries in the area including two in the same building as the hotel. The beach promenade is a short walk (400 m) and Saunders Rocks Beach is about 800 m walking from the hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and leisure. While none are perfect, New Kings is a cut above. Good value for the price. I will stay there again
Exceptionally pleasant stay
My entire stay was an exceptionally pleasant one. All Staff were most helpful and the restaurant was beautiful. Room and balcony was exceptionally clean and well serviced.I look forward to visiting again.

‘It was my Husbands 40th Birthday and everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for us, even the cleaners congratulated him. The room was decorated with roses and birthday cupcakes it was so special. The Zest restaurant was also absolutely out of this world, the food was fantastic and so fresh. This has been the ultimate VIP treatment thank you for going out of your way for us.’
