The hotel delivered a flawless experience, making my trip to the area all the more memorable. The prime location, in close proximity to shops and restaurants, was definitely a highlight of my stay, allowing me to explore the local area with ease. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and the room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend newkings boutique hotel for anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Grant S: Birmingham, United Kingdom - TripAdvisor Perfect location for Cape Town exploration: My wife and I stayed here during February and were delighted with the location, accommodation and local facilities. We mixed business with pleasure during this short break, using the local city tours bus to show us around all of the local tourist spots, the stop is just around the corner from the hotel. The hotel is also based inside a small shopping centre and on a main street full of great bars and restaurants.
The room was very spacious and we opted for the sea view which was lovely.
Zest restaurant attached to the hotel was good and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there during our trip. Overall, a great place to base yourself when visiting Cape Town, with good access to the seafront and local amenities.
The only thing missing was a hotel bar, however there is a balcony area that the restaurant will bring drinks to which also works just fine.

Serving up delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Gavin Bell: What an outstanding restaurant! The decor is amazing, service was excellent but more importantly the knife cut the fillet like it was butter. The first bite was an explosion of delicious flavour. Defintely one of the best fillets I've had in a long time! . Highly recommend this restaurant.
Shayni Pappin: I highly recommend the tasting menu - each course with its own unique flavour but blended perfectly for a meal that leaves you satisfied AND its affordable! The team works seamlessly to create a fabulous dining experience.
Stephen G: Zest is a real hidden gem. I had breakfast there and was impressed with the whole experience. The waiters were efficient and the decor made for a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, even the freshly squeezed orange juice tastes like nothing I've had before. I'll be back.
